About me 

I didn’t start yoga because I had it all together. I started practicing because I was stressed. heartbroken and overthinking everything. My mind just didn’t switch off. I wasn’t looking to master handstands — I just needed some relief.

At first, I didn’t even realise what was happening. I’d leave class and feel better. I was thrown completely out of my comfort zone but something inside me had shifted. I didn’t have the language for it back then, but I knew I needed more! 

Over time, yoga became the thing I came back to when life felt too much. . It grounded me and gave me space to breathe. It helped me get out of my head and back into my body.

That’s why I teach it now. Not because I think I’ve mastered anything — but because I know how much it can help.
 

How I Teach 

My classes are simple at the core. It’s breath led,  moving as consciously and as deeply as we can

In Vinyasa, we build strength and move with the breath. It can be strong, but it’s not about forcing yourself. It’s about feeling steady and capable in your own body.

In Yin, we go slower. We stay in poses much longer, mostly close to the ground. We let the body open in its own time. That’s often where the deeper work happens. 

I usually finish with some gentle sound — humming, mantra, soft tones, sometimes tuning forks. Something to help you land properly before you leave. Sound can powerfully help you connect to a deeper part of yourself and help to integrate the class.

I teach for normal people, spiritual people, busy people, retired people. Active minds and sensitive nervous systems. People who want to feel stronger but also calmer.You don’t need to be bendy or spiritual You just need to be willing to show up.

Voice & Mantra

Music has always been my first love. I’ve always loved to sing and weaving it into my classes has been the most aligned direction my work has taken.

At the end of sessions, I often close with live mantra, gentle vocal tones or occasionally tuning forks. It isn’t performance. It’s prayer.

Sound has a way of settling the nervous system, softening the heart and grounding the body after movement. The voice helps the practice land — not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too.

I’m still deepening into kirtan and devotional song, growing steadily and sincerely. It’s a living part of my practice, and one I feel honoured to share.
