Private Classes
These sessions are built around you.
Some days you might need strength and clarity. Other days you might need to slow everything down. We use Vinyasa or Yin depending on what your body and nervous system need that day.
Vinyasa can be strong and focused — breath-led, steady, building confidence.
Yin is slower, mostly close to the ground, giving space to soften and release.
There’s no pressure to perform. No need to already “be good” at yoga. We work at your pace. If you’re newer to practice, I’ll guide you clearly. If you’ve been practising for years, we can refine and go deeper.
I often finish sessions with a few minutes of gentle sound — humming or mantra or a specific song that would intuitively feel suits the energy of the class— just to help you properly land before you step back into your day.
You don’t need to be bendy or even spiritual
You just need to be willing to show up.
I teach group classes in person and online when I’m in one place long enough.
These are breath-led Vinyasa and grounding Yin sessions or a combination of both, welcoming all levels.

I offer practical yoga and breathwork sessions for workplaces that want their teams to feel better and perform well without burning out.
These sessions are simple, accessible and suitable for all levels , designed to reduce stress, improve focus, ease physical tension and support emotional and mental health.
Available in-person or online.
